Employee Records Requests

To request a copy of your employee records, please email staffing@mpls.k12.mn.us or call 612-668-0500.

If you need to verify employment for reference checks, mortgage and rental application, loan checks or similar, Minneapolis Public Schools uses The Work Number. Click here to learn more about the employment verification process. You will first need to obtain a salary key and share that with the verify so they can access salary information.
