Apply for ESP positions

Recruitment Incentive

  • To be eligible for the bonus amounts, an ESP must be in a paid status within the ESP bargaining unit on the last day of the pay period preceding the payment date(s) listed above.
  • Bonus is subject to payroll deductions in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
  • Final determination on eligibility will be made by Human Resources.

Referral Incentive

  • Referring employee's name must be listed on candidate's application. In the case an employee lists more than one referring employee, the bonus amount will be split evenly among all active employees, regardless of bargaining unit, who have an active referral.
  • Bonus will be paid out in accordance with the district's payroll schedule and is subject to payroll deductions in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.

Bus Aide Hours

  • All bus aide hours worked will accrue sick and vacation time; however, bus aide hours are not eligible for accrued leave use.
  • Weekdays delineated as non-duty days over winter and spring breaks are eligible for use of vacation accrued through the employee's target and/or bus aide hours.
  • If all available bus aide hours have been accepted by ESP and no hours remain, the district and the union jointly agree to revisit the conversation of potential additional hours for ESP for the 2023-24 school year. This agreement does not limit the union's ability to make proposals on the topic as part of the formal collective bargaining process.
